New Products
Composite of aluminum vise jaw inserts, quad line clamps, and Wilwood brake pads.
1. ALUMINUM VISE JAW
Billet Specialties 4-inch vise jaw inserts (PN 77906) feature precision-machined V-cuts on the tops and sides to aid in gripping the hose ends during assembly, preventing scratches and cosmetic damage. Strong magnets retain the inserts during use and allow easy removal when needed again.

2. QUAD LINE CLAMP
This Pure Stealth billet aluminum non-floating quad line clamp (PN X8210) is engineered to securely mount three #10 Reduced Barrier or E-Z Clip A/C hoses and one #6 Reduced Barrier or E-Z Clip A/C hose to a framerail or inner fender panel. It’s an ideal solution for cleanly routing A/C and heater lines in high-performance or custom builds.

For heater applications, use only #10 Reduced Barrier or #10 E-Z Clip hose. This clamp is not compatible with standard barrier A/C hose or 5/8-inch heater hose.

This clamp is also available in billet aluminum (PN 8210).

3. BRAKE THIS!

Wilwood Disc Brakes now offers the BP-22 ceramic-based brake pad compound. These new BP-22 compound brake pads are engineered as a high-performance dual-sport solution for street-driven vehicles that also see autocross and track days, as well as light-duty towing. They are designed to deliver consistent braking behavior, superior pedal feel, and smooth friction performance. BP-22 replaces the BP-Q compound and represents Wilwood’s most advanced street-friendly, ceramic-based compound to date.

The new formulation bridges the gap between daily driven comfort and high-load performance, making it ideal for street and strip vehicles, autocross competition, towing, and occasional track-day use. BP-22 uses an advanced ceramic-based compound designed to reduce common brake issues—such as noise, dust, and excessive rotor wear—without compromising stopping power or thermal stability.

Engineered for refined behavior during daily driving, the compound “comes to life” under higher temperatures experienced during autocross runs, HPDE events, and sustained towing conditions.

4. CHOOSING AN ALTERNATOR
Powermaster black high-amp alternator with serpentine belt pulley.
Once you’ve determined the alternator capacity needed, you can select the appropriate Powermaster alternator in your LS-powered truck, Camaro, or Corvette. If you’re doing an LS swap in an earlier vehicle, Summit Racing also offers a Powermaster alternator for that.

Street Alternators are available as direct replacements for GM AD230 and AD244 alternators. All models accept the OEM connector or can be configured for one-wire operation and come with a serpentine belt pulley.

AD230 Alternator Rating: 100 amps/idle, 145 amps/cruise, 165 amps/top end. AD244 Alternator Ratings: 135 amps/idle, 155 amps/cruise, 180 amps/top end, 155 amps/idle, 190 amps/cruise, 220 amps/top end.

High-Amp Alternators have the capacity to support modern electrical systems, including accessories like aftermarket lighting and air suspension. They feature hand-wound, custom-designed stators, heavy-duty regulators and rectifiers, and a gold-plated battery post for improved electrical connections.

AD244 Alternator Ratings: 135 amps/idle, 155 amps/cruise, 180 amps/top end, and 155 amps/idle, 190 amps/cruise, 220 amps/top end. Also, Valeo/Corvette Mount Alternator Rating: 155 amps/idle, 190 amps/cruise, and 220 amps/top end.

XS Volt Alternators feature a powerful, digitally controlled regulation system that can handle voltage-sensitive ignition systems and lithium batteries. They can adjust output in milliseconds, with voltage adjustable between 13.5 and 18.5 V to match 12- or 16V electrical systems. Additional features include short circuit and loss-of-ground protection, a sealed and vibration-resistant housing, and one-wire operation.

AD230 Alternator Rating: 100 amps/idle, 145 amps/cruise, 165 amps/top end, and AD244 Alternator Rating: 155 amps/idle, 190 amps/cruise, 220 amps/top end.

HPR Large Frame Alternators feature efficient internal components to deliver higher output while using less engine power. Rated at 195 amps at idle, 215 amps at cruise, and 250 amps at peak, they fit the factory alternator brackets and accept the stock electrical connectors. Powermaster also offers them with an OEM-style pulley or decoupler for a perfect fit—no need to hunt for a new belt.

HPR Small Frame Alternators come with early GM 10SI/10DN/12SI or Denso-style cases, making them a great choice for LS swaps with aftermarket accessory drive systems. Rated at 145 amps at idle, 165 amps at cruise, and 180 amps at peak, these alternators feature efficient internal components to keep electric fans, fuel pumps, water pumps, and A/C running smoothly while using less engine power.

5. MOMENTUM CHASSIS FOR 1964-67 CHEVELLE
Ridetech Momentum chassis assembly for 1964-67 Chevelle applications.
Ridetech, a leader in air and coilover suspension systems for over 30 years, has expanded its MOMENTUM Chassis series to include the popular 1964-67 Chevelle (not compatible with other first-generation A-bodies currently). This addition to the MOMENTUM lineup allows first-gen Chevelle owners to enjoy a clean-slate foundation—providing modern handling, improved performance, and greater design flexibility beyond the original factory frames. This marks the first expansion of the MOMENTUM chassis series from Ridetech, building on their initial release for the 1968-72 GM A-body platform.

Unlike traditional bolt-on systems, MOMENTUM chassis designs aren’t restricted to original suspension pickup points. This enabled Ridetech engineers to implement an optimized suspension geometry that improves cornering and stability for greater comfort during street driving and makes it suitable for autocross or track events.

Key points include rack-and-pinion steering, increased wheel and tire clearance, modular suspension options (air or coilover systems), performance dampers (shock absorber choices), and compatibility with OE-style carbureted or EFI fuel tanks or custom fuel cells.
